Luv the Perique!! Wish I could source some Leaf, for a diy go! May have to get a pipe blend & use that. Oh....Inawera's 'Classic Cigarillos' flavour concentrate imparts a fair bit of the flavour of the HoL Cigarillos...if You wanted to do a 'poor man's' approximation to eke Your supply out...?

Yeah, I 'appealed' for pipe tobacco.....on the basis that I'd steep it in PG & send My 'Sponsor' 50% of the yield & keep t'other half...... I'd deffo recommend baccy steeping!...it's so easy (albeit, messy!..)

Cubana is one of my favourites and definitely the best tobacco I've tried. Much prefer it to Primo Verde which to me is ashtray flavour.
Pity Cubana's a coil gunker though. I need to dry burn and change wick approx every 3ml but imo it's worth the hassle.

I have tried Cubana and find it a bit "cigary" any suggestions of what to mix it with to tone it down somewhat?

Just an update on Cubana. Need to dry burn and rewick every 3ml with kanthal as the flavour starts to rapidly deteriorate and the coil/wick becomes a black mess.
Using a temp limiting mod, I can get over 10ml Cubana through a nickel coil (set at 220c and 13.5W) before i get any flavour degradation and will happily vape a bit more than 10ml through it as it's not a rank taste like with kanthal after 3ml.

If you want a more burnt caramal, FA is good but if you want a creamy, smoky caramel, TPA's Caramel Original will do the job. FW Salted Caramel is similar to that one too. Could also try a little EM in the mix but just a drop or two to start with.
