So I re-registered and tried to checkout but the 30% discount is not working, so I gave them a ring and they said to bear with them and try later.

How did you manage to re-register DiscoDes ??

I tried to log in with my old user account details , like you said not recognised, but it didn't take me to a link to register?

I think you can re-register once you put an order on and go too the checkout, I did the same as you and tried the login/register link with no success.

I would give them a couple of hours to sort out the gremlins then re-try.
