As far as I'm ware there isn't a Spinner/Twist type battery for VW, the problem being that the electronics required presumably take up so much room that they are better housed in a mod rather than in a standalone battery.
If you want to get into Mechanical ('Mech') Mods you will have to teach yourself to recoil. This is the way that you vary the resistance of the atomiser on top, as the battery is fixed power output. Recoiling is really easy once you get to grips with it, and wick and wire is so cheap that a bag of cotton wool balls and 10m of wire (total outlay about £7) will last you for months.
Check Super-Shiny's excellent guides to Microcoiling and you can do just this for Evods and the Protank v1 and 2, as well as many other types of atomiser.

It sounds like you might want to try a mech mod with a kick in the future. No screen and you can set the watts on the kick. You will need to learn about battery safety and coils etc, keep reading on here and asking away

Going back to teaching in the next month, after being a stay athome dad so my disposable income should go up. I cannot wait, love all the simple minamilist mods, just couldnt afford it this time. Was getting the batteries with the mod as well that was the expensive part. Hence getting the Evod VV 1000, Evod Glass V2 and Kanger charger. Best i could get for 30 pound. Should hopefully last longer than my ego copy. 6 days but it got me off the stinkies

Its been a tough but rewarding year and a half looking after the young un, not working and being skint. Got lots of things on a wish list come payday

Hello and welcome to the forum jackcustard. Great purchase. i have an evod 1100mah vv battery and love it and i have just had the evod glass and evod 2 through for review and both look good. They use the same coil heads as the kanger aerotank which is my favourite tank at the moment so you should get a top vape from that kit.
