Are you sure it's not just the center pin that needs raising? If it's not making contact properly it would not charge properly. Also check the charger contacts are not dirty.

+1 what DiscoDes says ^ plus as i have found out, i have 2 MVP2's in use all the time the 1st one is the brushed steel bought for me at christmas & i bought the purple Shine version when it came out a couple of months ago, every time i use the Shine version all is fine but when that needs charging & i use the brushed steel version i cannot get it to fire until i have lowered the atty central bung/pin on the clearo, i have checked them together & the MVP central pin on both are in the same position so have no idea whats going on there as the clearo's are just swapped from one MVP to another as & when they need charging. Glad its working for you now Phoenix . so you haven't got the faff of returning it to the vedor.

It is sods law isn't it? I was packing the MVP away to return it to the Vendor, accidentally pressed the display buttons and Loh and behold it came back to life! I have no idea what happened yesterday, it really was as dead as a dodo. Now I am vaping happily away on it, hope it is not temporary. I have of course e mailed the Vendor, I am hoping he may be able to explain what happened. Just read Lisburnvapes reply and it has happened to him, I think these things have a life of their own. Glad you have it back up and running again. I hope that it stops that way for a long time and you have many happy hours vapeing on it. All the best

I tend to use only the iclear16B as I get the right amount of vapour for me, never had any problems with them , other that they guzzle the juice.

I only ever use Davide mini glass clearomisers Phoenix . & as i say i just swap them when whichever MVP needs charging & only with the brushed steel version, when the steel one needs charging & i go back to the shine version it just works i don't have to do anything. Also when i am recoiling i use the MVP's to check ohms, if using the shine version it displays immediately but i have to lower the pin/bung when using the steel version ???

I am so pleased that whatever the fault was it rectified itself and MVP working great now. I was upset because I have just invested in buying the 4 shiny MVP's as I do love them ,and the thought of them only lasting 4 months made me upset. Back to
