Might try some out of curiosity as i can't touch silica and it looks more easy to handle than cotton, do you know how thick it is? just need to know if i will have problems getting it through a 1.5mm coil.

A single strand fits nicely into a 1.8-2mm coil, 1.5mm may be a tad to thin

Thats a great video Mark. You made the coil as it has to be done. No burning the wire because you will vape oxides, and you made the prossedure look very easy as it really is. But I notice that you put wick inside the housing or you put it on channels and I didnt understand well?

That link that Super-Shiny posted above is the right stuff and yes it's as easy as silica to use
Requires a micro coil for it to be at its best though mate.

The wick just needs to cover the small gap at the top of the channels, I fold the extra under and it creates
a small reservoir of juice that can feed up to the coil if I take a long drag, the feed from the channels moves
a little bit slower to the coil, so that will re saturate the wick between drags, a little bit like au wick in a genesis

I am a vaper using electronic cigarettes,hence the cotton wool yarn I use is in my juice atomiser,it is a perfect wicking material. Many of my fellow vapers are now also using your 100% cotton yarn.

1= 1 ball (65meters) so change it to 3 and the discount will be added at checkout 3 balls for £7.50 that's a lot of yarn
