joose juice excellent customer service!

I just wanted to say I approached Joose Juice with a dilemma and Jim has been fantastic and has really gone out if his way to help.

Bearing in mind I'm a very new customer that has yet to spend much money with him, and also that the dilemma was not a problem with Joose Juice at all, I was pleasantly surprised with the effort he went to.

Will certainly be returning to them.

A few months ago I placed an order which never turned up.I left it for over over a week,just to see if it was delayed for a valid reason.I contacted Jim,and after a few emails back and forth he re-posted my order.

Jim is a top bloke, I had 2 bottles (out of 6) a while back that arrived with the lids literally sheared off in the bag. Never seen anything like it, a perfect clean break at the neck of the bottle with the caps still screwed on, they must have been hit with some serious force.
It was obviously a Royal Mail issue but I emailed him just to let him know. He replaced them next day, despite me not asking for it, while having a good laugh a Royal Mail's ineptitude.
Exactly how a vendor should behave, top customer service. Decent juice for the money too, I still order their soft mint concentrate now despite being a Red Astaire / GVC junkie.

I emailed him 4 times in the space of a couple of weeks,asking him about postage to Ireland,and got no reply.
Until,he emailed me saying my emails had gone to spam at his end and as a kind of salve to my irritation he would send me 6*30ml juice of my choice,which I gladly accepted. Really liking the coconut and the citrus punch.
Thats way above any kind of service I have seen anywhere,and I've been around awhile. Postage alone cost him a few quid because he doesn't ship to Ireland. Credit where its due, Fair play Jim.

I've bought from Jim a few times now and the service he provides is amazing.

On one order there was a minor problem, neither his fault or mine ( I think ) He sorted it out with new bottles sitting on my doorstep the next morning.

Use this guy he deserves our custom!

I love the Soft mint just had delivered 30ml Soft Mint 20% extra strength which is yummy and got a 2nd bottle free also like the fact the soft mint doesn't have to be steeped but with 2 bottles I can steep one whilst vaping the other. Fab.

a week ago I was worried my delivery hadn't arrived, contacted them on the Friday, on saturday the juice arrived via the wrong house in another village with the same address, contacted joosejuice just as they were packing my replacements (no questions asked). That is service!

Prices seem unbeatable and a good range. I've ordered Piña Colada and yet another coconut (addicted) to try in the 12mg 70/30 strong flavour strength. Looking forward to trying them after a steep.

Jim at JJ is a top bloke, serious about what he does and helps newbies and oldies alike, great company and I am so glad they are now doing the 20% extra range....been a customer since September last year and will continue to use him no matter what.....super value for money too

Another BIG thumbs up from me.

I contacted their customer service email address yesterday afternoon and not expecting anything until this morning , I got a reply yesterday evening explaining everything that I had asked,what a total surprise, a very welcome and pleasant surprise.This is obviously a company that embraces and uses the internet very well and realises that people are likely to ask questions and order even at the weekends.

By the way the BOGOF is still ongoing ( 30ml bottles, not the 10ml samplers , as far as my last 2 orders are concerned ) , the BOGOF is done their end , so when an order comes in they just add the extra bottle there and then.Unfortunately they're closed until next Monday now , but I'm sure they're going to be very busy in the early part of next week.

So , many thanks to Joose Juice and I'll be ordering some more flavours to try very soon.
