I've been on this forum for a few weeks and I truly have no idea what this is. I'm not even sure how I stumbled upon this thread.

I've read the first three and last two pages and still don't know.

Maybe you don't need to be nervous about personally pointing newbies in the exact direction of whatever this is about, which I think it's likely I will want to support.

Which says:

"Regulations need to be implemented in order to maintain the current situation of minimal penetration of EC use in nonsmokers and youngsters, while manufacturers should be forced to provide proof for the quality of the ingredients used and to perform tests on the efficiency and safety of their products. However, any regulatory decisions should not compromise the variability of choices for consumers..."

That's got to be good, right?

Anything from Farsalinos/Polosa is invariably good ...they are certainly 2 of the good guys in the Scientific World ,that phrase you highlighted encompasses what should be adopted imo.

The last paragraph may just be the clincher (imho)

Amazingly good result for Spain yesterday ,they are now over 2/3 of the way to their threshold target
