Yet another good reason to buy batteries from the UK, let them take the strain with importing batteries from abroad. Bearing in mind that most batteries, even AAs and AAAs, come from abroad, I can't see companies not being able to import them at all, just via certain channels.
Torchy and Ecolux are two good vendors on eBay, and I have bought batteries from both with no problems, prompt delivery and genuine stock.

Yes, if we get return packages we will contact customers at once and issue refund.
For this issue, most of Chinese logistic companies don't allow battery in the packages now.
It is said that there was an explosion due to lithium battery in the package AGAIN. Not sure if this is right, but the fact is, we can not ship it now.

Fasttech still using Malaysia post for batteries, do Focal give that option? The Focal message is at least a day old.

Yes, the Malaysia Post option has now disappeared from the order made in my previous post

I was in the post office recently and there was a notice up about posting certain items, batteries can't be posted, mobile phones can't be posted but if the battery is in the phone then it can be posted lol.

Someone on another forum was saying that Royal Fail have made a ruling that liquids can no longer be posted, dont know how true it is but if its correct will prove to be a nightmare
