Someone on another forum was saying that Royal Fail have made a ruling that liquids can no longer be posted, dont know how true it is but if its correct will prove to be a nightmare Last time I was in my local post office collection picking up a package I recall seeing a notice on the wall regarding batteries, if my memory serves me correct it said they won't accept/deliver 'wet' batteries i.e (in my mind) car batteries etc and the old acid/lead type batteries, don't think there was any mention of 'dry' or sealed batteries i.e lithium or AAA etc. Shouldn't think it would be any liquids, just liquid type batteries and maybe hazardous chemicals. Any nic base, PG/VG etc should be safe as there is (hardly) no risk involved. I could be wrong but next time i'm in there I will take a photo of the notice.

I was in the post office recently and there was a notice up about posting certain items, batteries can't be posted, mobile phones can't be posted but if the battery is in the phone then it can be posted lol. The first bit isn't right. Go read it again. Yes it is or was, that is what it said, it was quite clear that batteries loose were a no no but connected to a device was fine.

You could always pop over to the Royal Mail website and read about it.
