When you click the 'Quote' button top right the edit box opens in 'Preview' mode, with the text in there. Under this box there's another tab 'BBcode'

I might be over-complicating things to be honest, just the way i do it

I may have got it but I'm sure it should be easier than how I've done it ? deleted my comment .. then backspaced .. then had to make sure your text was all in the blue box ?? I give up on this quoting lark !!
