I looked and think it well worth a try, a good find. The dish cloth reference is interesting.

I did a bit of searching and I don't think there's anything special about the Peaches and Cream yarn, it's just 100% cotton and supposed to be undyed etc (the yanks still boil the hell out of it.)

I did find lots of references to dish cloths and bathmats, and an absorbancy test of a number of cotton yarns by someone making bath mats and dish cloths.
Lion Brand Lion cotton, Lily Sugar n Cream and Bernat Cottontot scored higher than the P&C

I don't know who's the saddest, her for doing the test or me for reading it with such interest

One things for sure, I wouldn't pay £5.99 for 5m of washed cheap as chips cotton, even if distilled water was used

The softer & narrower one is the Rico Summer Fashion which I believe is a discontinued line. The harsher feel and wider one is 1/4" white cotton tape from Fabricland, tel [phone] or email [e-mail].

I got a bit carried away and only have a little bit of the Rico, which I no longer use, left. But I've left myself really short of the 1/4" stuff. Only got 200 metres now

the same one as you as I could see by your photo that it looked good and you never came back saying that you had had any problems

I have rebuilt my fogger V2 with the wider ribbon and will know about that one tomorrow as I don't have a fill screw until tomorrow as a great member has sent me a screw for my fogger and it may be here tomorrow then it is vape away my friends and enjoy

Sorry ronaldo, I am a little confused, I used the wider one in the pics the other day, so far it is still vaping nicely, going to change it out tonight though!

So is it the thin white one? How is it vaping, do you taste any material?

no you sent two 1 that looks like wool and 1 that looks like bandage I used the 1 that looks like bandage

I also got another parcel 1 looks like bandage and I that looks like baby ribbon that you put in baby booties I have put the ribbon in the fogger


and no I cannot taste any material it vapes fantastic

I made mine as soon as I got it as well, I have it soaking I,m sure I read on here you have to leave it to soak a long time?

not a long time but longer than cotton balls if that makes sense I soaked mine for about 5 minutes sis so just vape away

I didn't find any difference in vape between both of the tapes and cotton wool.

My preference for the wider and harsher feeling one is because it fits 2mm micro coils perfectly. It's also much cheaper.

The softer baby's booties one doesn't fill the coils enough.

I treat it as I did when rewicking with cotton wool - a couple of drops on the wick before screwing the base to the tank. Screw tank onto mod. Wait 5 mins and fire it up.
