Protank/evod grommets.

These arrived the other day after a couple of weeks on the slow boat.

I go through a lot of protank heads as I recoil for 10 other converts. These cost 6p each and the cheapest I could find worked out at 43p.
The 100 L shaped tubes went straight in the recycle bin, then I was left with 100 of each large and small grommets. The small ones fit the protank perfectly, they are a little tougher than the originals. I hope this will help them last a little longer and be less prone to tearing. The larger grommets are too big, but may go in with a squeeze. I'll keep hold of them to see if they're of use somewhere else.

I find a protank head only lasts me a month even with recoiling

don't know if this is a good find for me or not....Did@mrsmac247 find the grommets that go on the stem?

Those are quite the find thank you @johanino I look for all types of spares for the protank coils now, you never know when something may go down the drain

They feel more like silicone than rubber.
On first impressions they taste pretty good. I will put it on a DNA30 and whack up the power tonight. I suppose time will tell, I'll have a look inside after putting it through its paces on a nightshift.

@johanino, i ended up ordering 25 from the states in the end, there is also a uk ebay seller who said he is getting 1000 of them this week so keeping an eye out for that as well

I might have to order some of these now for mod repairing the firing pin in the 510 connector as I fix a lot of these for members

I cant order any to cut a long story short my card registered with paypal wont let me pay for anything in dollars I have tried it three times in the past and each time a complaint went in to ebay about none payment so ebay now wont let me order anything that is in dollers and I really think these would have fixed a lot of mods as well off now for a sulk
