I have a Nemesis clone from a store in Birmingham (can't remember the specific name), the switch is absolutely terrible. I sometimes take it out of my pocket and the switch completely disassembles itself and the springs and bits fly across the room. When you put it back together you need to make sure the main battery contact is nice and tight, nip it down with a small pair of needle nose pliers Yes I did this ! Works a treat . No need to adjust the bottom pin at all ! Just adjust from the top and keep the switch contact as tight as possible !

Thanks jaysey that vid explains it good. I have some battery magnets coming from FT already, I should have got a pack of switch magnets as well but hadn't thought of it at the time. Now I have an excuse to buy another atty as I cant just order the magnets on there own.
