I really dont get the kayfun thing. I tried one and hated it lol. They are a pain to fill with that tiny little screw that you can loose in an instant and a pig to get the wicking right.
So come on guys what is it about them you like so much, ide love to know. You never know you might convince me to give one another go.

I think if you want to love them then you have to have patience as it's not so easy to set them up right but once you learn how to then its worth the effort.
your dead right though it's all about the wicking, if you don't get that right then there a pain in the proverbial 

But but once you work out how to wick them just right there a doddle to set up, a cracking vape and last 24 hours ish without a refill.

Perhaps I'll give one another go as I've been looking for a backup for my Rose.
Anyone recommend a good clone as I don't want to spend a load of cash in case i dont get on with it again. [/quote]

From what reviews ive seen the hcigar and the ehpro are good clones and the tobacco is at the bottom (He runs for cover and drives into a bombproof shelter).

But Greg is right its all about getting the wick right. It takes a few goes, and you need to remember the last one you did so you can adjust the new one. The fist one I did was ok, it vaped ok but didn't make me go 'wow'.
The second was a disaster and I had to empty the tank and rewick straight away. The third was better than the first and now im doing it like on the video above and can vape at 15 watts without it tasting burnt and nice amount of vapour.

Like I say I don't have the mini do you hold it upside down when filling? as the juice coming out the airhole would suggest its flooding when you fill it.










after enjay showed me that vid ive been running my kayfuns at .8 with no probs can even go down to .6(full size ones)
filling the things is a bit off a faff as you cant fill them to the top or you get leeks you has to leave some empty and the use of a needle fill bottle helps no end

Yeh thats nearly 30watts. I just use mine on my SVD so keep it around 1.5 but on a mech like decoy you can push it further.

My 2$ , I went from the none rebuidable types of tanks , kangers with stock coils , then to kangers with my own coils , then to kayfun/ Russian tanks, then for the hell of it an aspire nautilas with stock heads , then the latter with my own coils.

And I will have to say no stock coil tank ( exc the kayfun / Russian style tanks) had even come close to the taste and vape quality of kayfuns / Russians , even with my own coil builds.

Folks may disagree but I have enough conviction in my own taste buds to stick with what I've said.
