Hi all and thanks for the replies and welcome. Ordered a range of sample and will try em out. Going on a major lifestyle change from next weekend onwards. No more roll ups, no more beer, and lots and lots of exercise to lose weight. Giving up the rollups will be the real challenge, but no longer will i be a stinkypuff!!
One tip for anyone in my situation..the hand to mouth routine can be a problem when quitting, and i'm sure vaping can help with this... but if you wanna lose weight or get in shape, substitute dumbell arm curls for puffs. Worked with me when i first quit smoking. Busy hands, clean lungs and muscles built/calories killed!

Hi and welcome thatguy (although Mr PinkyPuff sounds much better ) Personally I didn't want a tobacco flavour as I was trying to give up smoking so I went straight into the fruit and sweet flavours. I'm sure someone will be able to assist but welcome to the world of vaping |
