For example, I used to vape 36mg, then down to 24mg, but now down to around 14-16. And usually 70/30 too. However, I mix a different combination when I'm dripping. So for dripping purposes, I'll go 40/60 and 10-12 mg, as I drip on sub ohm coils, so reducing the nic and throat hit works perfectly for me. But use the normal mix for normal tank vaping.

I've just knocked up 160ml at 6mg. My OH loves it. But after daily using it I went off it after about 2 weeks. The OH started on 18mg then 10mg them 9mg and now 6mg.All at 50/50pgvg on ordinary tanks.Ive restarted dripping and I find it easy to come down to 4mg so long as its a good, well flavoured mix .A good high end RDA does make a difference both in flavour and required strength. Some on here have started enhancing RA by adding BC. I can understand that as I'm currently doing the same with another concentrate. I agree about 'normal tank vaping'...it doesn't touch dripping.

I've just added 3 drops of Healthcabin Strawberry flavour to a tank of RA and it tastes nice, next i'll try some juicy peach.

Well I get paid next Monday, so I will be working a night shift & buying a lorra lorra new concentrates & will read the above thread again for suggestions & read the recipe threads for more suggestions & read other recipe threads for more sug ..... oh you get the picture
