Pepperty Spheroid V3 has an 'o' ring on the bell a la heron as well as philips screw posts

BTW can be cheaper to get products direct from GP ( polished in stock) and the delivery time is super fast, all round top notch company to deal with.

No M8, the ring switch is the bit with the grooves. Just spin this part to unlock then slide up to make contact with the topcap.

All points of contact have to be spotless to get the best out of it, it's rarely used now but one that will always have a home here with me.
