WHO decide to address health fears over transport

The World HEalth Organisation, having discovered that the emissions from vehicles
are polluting the atmosphere with the inevitable effects on public health, have decided 
to make a stand. They intend to start small and work their way up the transport scale,
with this in mind they have announced their plans to discourage cycling (particularly among children)

i woundered how long it would take for them to twig on that cat converters are bad and ruddy dangerous when not running at the right temp because the put out a nasty nasty gas when not running purfic

trouble is even though they claim diesels are better on emission what is not mentioned is the soot it produces,so Cyclist ends up with lungs like Sooty ! prob in the U as norm 30yrs to late to have proper cycle lanes segregated from main road like a lot of med countries,they have been to busy using so called road tax to pay for a lto of other stuff and not on any improvements on road networks or rail when they owned them....but like we all say we knew they didnt but they all believe there better at running th Country even if a few million say hold on we actually need this!

spot on this country has been run by a bunch of ar*e holes that don't give a sh*t about us for far to long and it doesn't matter who gets in they all run it the same

They've not twigged on about cat converters or diesel.
Its the noxious fumes from bicycle brake pads and the toxic grease used in roller skate/board bearings
