I've asked Shezzie to send both batteries and atomisers back to me, because she is having trouble with all combinations. So, should hopefully have things tested and sorted soon

As always, good on you Jason . . . it must be the bane of your and other Supplier's lives at times, having these situations.
Don't lose heart Shezzie, Jason will get you up and running.

Didn't know about the click 3 times thing turning off! So if it was how would you turn back on? No doubt I'll be vaping again soon

You'd need to click the button another 3 times I think Shezzie to activate it . . . although I haven't had this particular model, it sounds very similar to the 5 click batteries that there are. Gets confusing doesn't it.

Spot on - don't know why they felt the need to make them 3 click as to be honest i've done three clicks plenty of times because i use the side of my finger to press the button (so far i haven't managed to turn off the 5 click by accident)

No, they are just the straight forward push to go batteries (the Riva-T are 3 click though). Hopefully you should be back on track tomorrow Shezzie

Any tips on how long to hold in the button or how many times to press as dont want to destroy it! About half a second before taking a draw press the button, draw SLOWLY, release the button when you've finished drawing, some people fill their mouths with vapor first then open their mouths to inhale. Others take it straight down. Do whichever suits you. I think the Riva has a timer built in that stops you keeping the button pressed for more than 5 seconds or so, this is a safety feature so that if the button gets held down for too long it does not overheat. I hope this helps!

Good news Shezzie! It will take your taste buds a little time to recover . . . it's worth not buying huge bottles of juice, until they settle down as you may well find your preferences change over time. Des has explained really well the button action.

Thanks Des for that explaination I was a bit worried may be holding in too long! How long should I go before checking my cartridge is not running dry? Am trying to be really careful as dont wish to break anything!!

You'll soon know when it's run dry Shezzie, as you'll get a horrible burnt taste and very little vapor . . . although you don't really want to leave it to get to that stage . . . make sure your filler is nice and moist, although not sodden to start with.
Then it depends upon the sort of draws you take as to how quickly the filler will need topping up, I suppose every 5/6 puffs I tended to top up.

I'm assuming you are using an atomiser and a cartridge? Cartomisers don't need topping up so often
