I'll try and make some time for those who wish to speak to me for whatever reason (except for complaints, they're to be directed to @spikeyfridge ) however I have a feeling I'll be running on very little sleep, lots of coffee and general euphoric exhaustion so if I'm not on form please don't think that I don't want to speak to you there wont be any complaints we are all friendly people My solutions will be .... have another beer

I read that report in The Lancet to about vodka being more effective for back pain than air beds. ronaldo must have a really bad back as he was saying he has some mental proof rocket fuel vodka, save some for the VF first aid (too sober) station. Any alcohol in vast quanties cures back pain, and lets you sleep, for about an hour then you wake up
Seriously though I am looking for a new mattress, perhaps should start a thread.
you and me both at the moment, can't sleep on mine waking up in more pain than going to sleep if i get sleep, was told yesterday i have to have another back op, so am on waiting list,

Showers, lots of chairs, plenty of space, less burly hairy men and some fit men having a semi naked sword fight in the main arena!

Lots of people signing the EFVI, but I've read that the EFVI team were not successful in obtaining a stall (I hope that is wrong), so lets hope all the vendors push the Dodo boxes.

I wake every 2 hours, on top of that I sleepwalk and eat everything in the fridge so god knows how many hours sleep I get a night. Usually get in around midnight and out around 7am, give or take an hour each way. Never ever sleep through the day though, too much to do.

depending on if i get any sleep or not or how much i do get an hour or two in the afternoon, but no more than that, but my gp told me to get sleep when i can it all adds up, but finding a comfy mattress is the biggest problem i need to test them out for 30-60 days before i know whether it's going to cause me pain or not a new mattress will sometimes be ok for a couple of weeks and them be problematic after that, and apart from those selling thin memory foams one how many bed places let you test them out for that long
