Can anyone help please? I have lost wireless connection on my laptop but it's fine on my tablet. Any ideas please as to how I can remedy it. I have checked all connections to router and all seem ok. Thank you Sue

The first thing I do when something goes wrong it to restart my lappy......seems to work 90% of the time or you could do a system restore back to a previous date.

Sometimes happens to mine. First stop is to reset the router. (Yip sounds like a joke but turning it off for a few mins then back on sometimes helps ) then if still no joy right click on the wireless icon in the task bar and click on diagnose connection problems (try this first if you want) then if still no luck laptop off then back on. Also make sure you haven't hit the wireless connection button if your laptop has one which I did when I'd had a tipple one night and couldn't work out why the laptop hated me so much
