I'm not a doctor so can not advise regarding your eye, but eyes are very tough. I got a great dollop of nitromors in mine, had it flushed out and all was fine.
yes can agree,had a dose of Arc Eye[my fault],woke up eyes stinging watering slightest bit of light like a pins in eyes,fumbled round to put some eye drops in,felt way to bath room,tipped head back dropped a few drops in ,lot off blasphemy and groans,picked up wrong bottle ---used cat ear mite drops bet that stung

eye is fine stinging a little just feels like there is something in my eye, but can't put it down to the splash, as i've also got an abscess to the side of the eye already on antibiotics for and whole side of face including eye is swollen and puffy at moment, trouble with having a near non existent immune system pick up everything that goes around, plus my body reacts oddly to spots they end up like cysts never come out properly and have to have them cut and drained if they don't clear up with antibiotics,
