Thanks Gill, but unfortunately I suffer from anxiety and I have great difficulty even talking on the phone.
It's not super important anyway. I was just wondering if perhaps he was not receiving my emails for whatever reason.

If you phone the office, phone after lunch as ash doesn't get there till 12. He was helpful when I had a problem with paypal

Ewol there have been many other reports about myepack not replying to emails IMHO.this is something Ash needs to remedy.

I have a suspicion your UWell crown coils may not be authentic.
I have compared the coils from you with the ones from ukecigstore.
The ones from you did not have an authenticity code and have a strange flavor that never goes away.
The ones from ukecigstore do contain an authenticity code and there is no strange flavor. I had my suspicions about the coils, but I wasn't really sure until today when my coils from ukecigstore arrived.
The ones that came with the tank I bought from you were fine though (which had an authenticity code)
I do seriously hope I'm somehow mistaken.

Don't want to leave above post sitting there without a resolution.
After: contact form, PM, email, me ringing you but nobody picked up I put a PayPal claim in. Half an hour later I had the money back. This tells me that somebody at Myepack must have known about this issue. Why do you find it so hard to reply to emails etc?
In the end it wasn't about the money any more but the principle.
I know this won't bother you the slightest but you are now off my personal list of trusted vendors.
