My meds made me sleep most of the day and then worked all evening now feel great but wide awake and gotta be up at 5

my sleep is always broken, wake up approx every 2 hours sometimes it's every hour then at around 5-6 i tend to get 3 hours,
my ceiling fan decided to take off last night and go berserk in the wee small hours, so i switched it off at the wall and thought i would investigate to stood up on the bed, which is a great feat in it's self, put my hand at the top of the fan bit not right at the top but on the base of the unit, to see if it was lose and bang got electrocuted all down my arm and into face, it was only small but shook me up. must be a live wire lose in the fitting.
so now ceiling fan is switched off and having to use a stand fan which is not half as good so got very hot last night, so very tired today as not a lot of sleep at all last night, finally fell asleep around 6 for 2 hours,

so i need a new ceiling fan i think, and some sleep,

if anything bad happens it always happens to me, sighs i need my luck to change, and have some good luck for a change,

That sucks clairea sending you good thoughts hope you get some rest I'm like a zombie today but no work so can sleep when the urge takes me

thanks, i work from home and for myself i'm the boss so can rest as well, couldn't go out to work anymore like my own hours at mo it's 0 though, need to find some energy. but staying in bed for a day or two to recover from VF will take me a week, i have to plan these things in advance, rest beforehand and then rest afterwards, i can keep going while i'm out just, depending on pain can even last a day or two it's when i stop that i feel it, 
but i will be sleeping this afternoon, probably go to other bedroom where the ceiling fan works, might get hubby to switch them over this evening if he gets home before dark

if hubby knows how to swap them over get him to check defective one first it sounds like the earth wire has vibrated loose to me as that is the most common fault with the ceiling fans due to all the vibrations

Had a very strange experience the other night, something funny happened in a dream and I literally woke myself up laughing! Then forgot the dream of course. Meh.
