He must be giving the suppliers an address to send the samples to,maybe one of them could share that information with you.

Apologies Admin if this is not suitable for the forum but i want to make as many people as possible aware of what is happening:- Nothing to apologise for Scott - more than happy for you to post the info about the scammer. I'll add a link to this thread in The Vendors private board, to hopeful help alert them to the scammer.
