Can't quite make it out on the pics ronaldo but it looks very similar to tablet batteries

I only ask as sometimes when something new comes out we have a better replacement battery at work a lot higher capacity that came in for safety testing weeks ago

The battery is supposedly attached better than hte first model as they issued an urgent recall on them due to this happening

thanks for this I didn't have a clue I will now have a delve into the safety certificates and see what company passed them and what safety tests were actually done as it should never have gone into production should have the info in 20 mins I will keep us safe I can assure you that

After a bit of reading it seems that the culprit may have been down to either 2 screws or alternatively the metal body on the original which has been solved by going to a plastic body and better battery bonding. It's nice to see that Smok took it seriously enough to withdraw them from sale immediately though instead of letting it drag on for ages and risk potential lawsuits.
