So there is I was in my "new" (to me anyway) car & the grey trim around the wheel arches looked a bit too faded for my liking.
Looked online for best stuff to make the trim shine like a shiny thing in shinyville, and what did I use to get the best ever result?
No - Not Turtle Wax Trim Shiner, no not Simoniz whatever it's called .....
Smooth Peanut Butter
Yeah - seriously - that stuff has brought the wheel arch trims & all around the edges of the car up a real treat, so don't buy the £14.99 bottle of Trim Shine stuff - get a 59p bottle of smooth peanut butter & you're good to go!!!

I tried monkey jizz, but that was no good at all - it left lots of unpleasant streaks all over the place. I'll try bananas on the windscreen to see if that is any good next. Q- I just searched for the best trim cleaner, and a few people online came up with peanut butter! No harm in trying, so I did, and it was brilliant! I'll try some on my wife, see if she stops looking so faded

Peanut butter is well known in detailing circles as an effective trim restorer, might not last too long though. It's like the ego of trim restorers I have one or two car care products
