Nice1 mowjo,am not going to buy anymore fags,I got about 15 different e liquids 18mg ones now so going to stick with them and the cappuccino goes well after food and am experimenting with other flavours,been on watermelon most of today and not wanted a fag

Great Cathy! you may even find that in a short time you won't even like the smell of someone else smoking, I know I don't now, don't throw away those juices that you don't like, stick them in a cupboard or drawer and try them again in a couple of weeks, quite a few here including me that have juices we didn't like when we got them, have found that if we go back to them they taste much nicer, I don't know about others but my taste seem to change, some of the ones I Vape for a days I just go off, and ones I thought I'd never like I like, I don't know how long it really takes for the taste buds to fully recover but mine are definitely changing, I still have trouble getting my head around all these flavours, I never thought I'd vape stuff like Custard, when I'm used to eating with Apple pie,,,,

I will keep them and give them a go in a couple of weeks,I took a couple of flavours with me today,so that is what am going to do until I get stuck on a flavour and I took spare battery too x

Hi kathy62 most of us don't stick to one flavour as our taste buds get too used to it. I personally have around a dozen different flavours in different tanks and swap and change all the time. Lol because I can really. Good luck

I got 5 flavours on the go at the mo in different tanks,and it's nearly bed time so,it's official that I have only had 2 fags today and I don't even want one,so tomos it will be cappuccino to vape when I get up and see how a full day just vapeing goes x

For a beginner you are doing absolutely amazing!!!!

I used e-cigs and normal roll ups for the first 3 months till I got my juice right....

I'm ok on 7mg/ml now but at the beginning it was more like 36mg/ml......this was back in the day where the choice of equipment was limited but so worth it

This is a whole new world for you to explore kathy62....

It can get a little bit crazy but in a good way

And with regards your daughter I can only suggest she increases the strength of the juice...might help?

kathy62 - great plan to see how long you can go; I gave up completely from day 1, but we are all different.
Keep us posted, we want to know how you are doing!
I have four tanks which all have different flavours in, and I swop them over every couple of hours depending on what I fancy vaping next. Your taste buds dull if you vape the same juice all the time; with all these wonderful flavours around, you should feel it's your duty to try as many of them as possible

I have been vapeing all day and just after tea,I craved really bad. So I lit a fag and it tasted disgusting,so brushed my teeth went back to vapeing,result. Going to give my daughter the fags I got left and hopefully I won't miss them x

kathy62, I used to smoke, on average, 50 ready made cigs a day

Day one of trying a cigalike (that's all that was available 6 years ago), I cut down to 10 a day. A while later, after buying better kit, I went down to 2 a day. Have to admit though that it took me quite a while to give up those last 2, but so pleased I eventually did so

As others have said, take things at your own pace & count the ciggies you don't smoke rather than the ones you do

kathy62 I've still got half of a opened packet of cigs in a cupboard. I've kept them in case I'm ever tempted & I bet, by now, they would taste even ranker than a fresh pack.

What made me give up the final 2 was due to trying to cut down even further, by only smoking half a cig at a time. As I'm originally from Yorkshire, I didn't want to waste the other half - it was revolting & it finally made me realise that I so preferred the clean taste of vaping

Ive only got 6 left in the pack that I have got,I haven't bought any since Thursday and I don't intend to buy anymore, I bought a ego gt,on Friday instead of fags because i have been using a ce 4 i think its called,and i wanted a bigger battery for when i go out with the kids etc,instead of taking a spare battery,I'm going to give my daughter the fags when she calls tomorrow,although,she won't be happy smoking outside,????. But if am not smoking in my house why should anyone else ha ha,and then i might just be able to persuade her to vape as it is warmer indoors x

Well done Kathy! but I did warn you it might happen, Just think! no more stinky breath, even my Dog gives me a kiss now, no more stinky house or clothes, and no more feeling like a leper and getting dirty looks from the none smokers, and no more nasty chemicals that are in cigs, something I never knew about till I came here, save a couple of those cigs though! because sooner or later your really going to fancy one, I've only tried the one yesterday just to help you and science out, but a friend who started vaping around the same time as me told me he has had three or four cigs and each one has tasted worse than the last, keep up the good work, you'll be fine,,
