I'm actually quite satisfied now with my gear, and have no plans to extend, in fact theres a few bits to weed, probably. But generally I'm content with a mod for every occasion
  So I think shinyitus is abating?

OH actually said last night he's not buying anymore .... he has bought a Vamo and an MVP and 2 airflow tanks since we both started in May ... to start with he was like "why are you buying more ? just stick with the starter kit we bought - it does the job doesn't it?" ..... I did smile when he bought his Vamo .. then his MVP .. seems I'm not the only one in this house with a mild case of shineyitis !!

Of course you could stop buying things in pairs. That was my downfall - from mildly interested to obsessively anal in less than 18 months.
