Leave look very much like a Pelagonium, wild ones will grow tall but I would expect some flowers by now and would expect the leaves to smell when crushed

I would dig it up, sure it's a weed. My geuss would be a weed. Its not done much other than grow big. :-) Just ive not seen one like li before. :-)

Ask yourself a question, "Do I like it?"
If the answer is yes, keep it If the answer is no, dig it up,
Simples, it doesn't matter if its a F1 plant or a weed, what matters is how you feel about it
