I have had 2 leather sofas from DFS (only changed because we wanted sofa bed ) & must say I highly rate them, they took a lot of stick with 3 kids & a dog .

I have had 2 leather sofas from DFS (only changed because we wanted sofa bed ) & must say I highly rate them, they took a lot of stick with 3 kids & a dog . Sorry i should of said i read bad things about DFS customer service/after sales not their sofas  |

We got a sofa from dfs corner job and huge round chair that spins lol

made.com. My sister got a sofa from them 2 weeks ago. The driver and driver's m8 spotted some damage while unloading it. Had a chat with my sister, who agreed to an exchange. They arrived next day with a new sofa, took it into the house and even moved the old one to the garage for her. thumb up
