try useing a 3mm drill bit for wrapping your coil you can then split the wick between the juice slots with out much aggro

How are you getting dry hits fully open?? it has to be too much wick I can throw anything in mine coil wise and the juice control will sort it out

Ye that's why I'm going mad its theoretically nigh on impossible.
I'm gonna deep clean fresh juice and try again tomorrow.
Only thing iI can think is its tainted the juice big time.
Have black mamba in it at Mo.
But it is defiantly ever so slightly scorching the rayon.
I'll also try with cotton nextime to eliminate bad batch of wick.

I would use a 2.4-3mm coil, thread the cotton through then cut the cotton down the middle to make the 2 tails.
make sure the tails don't exceed the wick slots and that's it

I only got dry hits when I used too LITTLE wick, loaded it with cotton and its sublime

I use 3mm coil with KGD split down the middle fed into the channels and cut flush with the slots.

Ive done builds from 1.6mm to 3mm with cotton, rayon and Japanese cotton and i always use thick 100% vg and ive never had a dry hit unless ive forgotten to open the juice control.
This is why i love this tank so much it's so forgiving unlike some others that can act like a prima donner unless you get the build exactly right.

I have just put a 3mm coil 0.32 kanthal6 wraps slightly spaced and used koh gen do.
I'm starting to wonder if I have a dodgy batch of rayon.
When I fill my kfl tomorrow illnre wick using this rayon and we will see.
So far its preforming OK with the koh gen do.

To start with, yes, but its not noticeable once you get used to it, in fact I now find it far superior to my aerotanks for draw

What's your set up on it Dan ? I find a larger centre on the coil with cotton makes the draw better as its creating more vape....

Been having a few moments with this and I dont know why. I changed coil filled her up and then it pisssed out the airflow controller It happened 3 times.

Do you think it could be lack of rayon???

I'm using a 2mm diagonal coil per the eden mods youtube video but using 0.3 wire. Reads at 1ohm on the dani.

You think I should try a 3mm coil?

I used 2mm duals in the genuine for the most part but I didn't really have it that long to experiment much!
