Don't know if this one has been posted already but I've just done this build and it works great the best I've done to date so hope this helps.

What is going on the last few days I have recoiled my rose due to getting a dry burnt taste and harsh.

What could be causing it?

Same here, i tried using less wick (muji cotton) for a change IE: cut the cotton almost flush with no folding back if you know what i mean
IT DID NOT WORK for me more cotton seams to work better with no burnt or dry hits. weard but true

Could be a hot spot/leg on your coil of its that harsh......are you testing the coil before you put your wick in?

Sounds like it's the juice that's the problem........pg/vg/mg.........or wick is way too loose in the coil itself....too much it stifles too little it's harsh

something else i changed when i put less wick was pushing the coil down closer to the air hole underneath, that gave me a burnt taste aswell
So back to my normal way 28awg micro coil 7 wraps 1.6ohm filled to the brim with muji cotton ||||works great||||

im on 18mg at 60/40 normally but mixed some pg40/vg60 just to try out... ive tried little wick same prob have just rewicked with more and made sure airflow was not blocked....... thinking now it might be juice or im starting to get a cold coming

with the coil how high do you have it? I.e top of coil is level with ceramic? Cup?
