Cheaper and less harmful than conventional cigarettes.
A safer bet says Dr Christian Jensen.

Right toots this is the technical department here, computer genius speaking. I have scanned the 2 pages of this article but don't know what to do next to make it available for others to read. If I do it as insert picture it would be mega so can anyone tell me what to do next.

You need a little piece of OCR (Optical Character Recognition) software to convert a scanned jpeg to a text file, then coffee/pasta it here. Should be able to google for something free for the job.

I kinda knew I'd come into it. Is there any OCR software came with your scanner/printer. Just need to use that to make a txt file then coffee pasta here. I'm willing and able to hold your hand with any questions. A reasonable printer maker will include such software on the disc that came with the printer/scanner. I'm as eager to read this as anyone else - damn I'd buy the magazine just to read this.

It doesn't matter which you use, so long as you can copy/paste the text. Just paste it into a normal reply here and away you go. I could always buy the magazine tomorrow and put the article up.
