I have been wanting to buy something for a while now, but can not find it. The problem mainly is that I do not know what it is called, where to buy it, or if indeed it is sold.
Bearing that in mind please bear with me.
I keep my concentrates in a wicker tub. I keep my e-liquids that are steeping in a plastic tub. I keep the eliquids I am using in a separate box.
I am wanting to put something in the bottom of the tubs/ boxes to hold the bottles.
What I am after is this -
sometimes when you buy something boxed that is fragile, it doesn't have horrible polystyrene around it, it has some pliable plasticy coated type foam?
Ok there lies my problem I can not even describe what it is, it feels plasticy, rubbery? It bends , and is often shaped to fit the object in the box.
Does anyone have any clue what I am talking about?

I think its the one on the link by Jaysey - I think it looks like it - the plasticy bit will mean I can wipe it should I dribble see . Ethafoam STPE200 - Semi rigid packaging sheet, That's pricey though for me to start cutting holes in, trimming to size , messing up and starting over.

I'm going to check ebay, in order to lay it in a box/ tub and cut a hole for a bottle to stand in, what kind of depth in mm do you think I need the wedge of foam to measure? Does it just need to be shallow, or does it need to hold the bottle?

How about you get a cheapo foam seat/chair pad, take the cover off and have a practice with that Sammy?
You could always use it as template then, for the more costly other stuff?

I can not believe how much of that plasticy stuff I have thrown in the bin. Something I used to buy quite often came in it, I just can't remember what

Thanks Sammy. Suddenly thought of them - if you've a Shaws locally, it's the sort of thing they sell very reasonably. It would give you an idea of the thickness you'd need as well. You can hack away merrily then, without worrying too much the cost.

Florists use a type of foam that once you make an impression it stays, permanently. But then I may be completely off-track here. I'm on a train so the less googling I have to do the better
