if you think you have broken a rib MM you really should get it checked out asap ...not only will it heal quicker but will stop it possibly causing more damage

What a worry! It must hurt to eat, breathe, sleep - every movement I do hope you get to A&E, can't see that the doc can do much unless they've got a first aid clinic

Hi Scyll, strangely the pain is not continuous and have had reasonable nights', sleep - not that I ever sleep well. Seems bit better today - until I start to move the furniture!!
Rang surgery this morning but auto message to somewhere else - think I will be able to hang on till the world starts again.

Now, my little tele has conked out, sort of. I settled down to watch Poirot last night, then about 10 minutes in - it said No Scync. Switched on and off a few times but had to give up. I know I will have to get a HD ready one soon but was trying to hang on.

Tried again this morning NBG!! I beginning to think this flat does not like me!!! I WILL sort it out.

Still I have the radio and books to read. Back later.................................MM xxx

Eldest son did not come today - just as well, with the entry buzzer not working. He says he will be here in the morning ??????!!!!!!!

I am feeling quite a lot better today - even though I am struggling with this new puter - nothing is where it used to be.

Crickey MM..your house moving experience has put me off moving. I never have the best of luck & don't fancy going through what you have recently.

Hopefully things will improve..it surely can't get much worse...can it ???

You do seem to be having a hard time of late MM I too hope that things will pick up very soon, please remember that many things are a pain, but fixable

Don't suppose you could give us the model, operating system, RAM, etc of your new PC? And/or tell us the story of its acquisition? At least if we know the operating system (Windows 7, XP, etc) we might be able to help with finding things.

Firstly - eldest son did call this morning with my Chrissy present, but I had to go down to him 'cos he was in a hurry
(thank heavens for the lift).
Said he couldn't stop as he was going to the hospital!!!! Having teeth removed or summat. If I'd known I would've gone with him. He's always in a rush and is an absolute coward about dentists so he didn't hang around!!!
Anyway, my wounds seem to be calming down - although still painful in places but I will see doc as soon as they are back working. Haven't had to take so many painkillers today. Still can't lift the boxes etc though.

Hissie, the move really hit me hard and I did lose my marbles for a while. A horrible, dreadful feeling
However, things are getting better now and can, at least, remember my name!!! Just call me Fred!! MMxx

Oh Magicma, i wish you had told him you could off gone and got sorted.

Still at least the pain is easing but i still think you need to see a doctor.

Sounds like you went into depression {{{MM}}} The sooner you see the doc and get some help from son, the better
