Must admit to a couple of omelletes with cheese and ultra hot chilli sauce for lunch a couple of times a week. What the egg binds the chilli releases!

A friend of mine is a chef, he comes from Bangladesh and imports some of the nastiest chillies you can imagine. Tobassco sauce is about 3000 schobels on the heat scale, his premium chilli sauce is 700,000 schobels, literally a small scraping on a lolly stick fair makes your eyes squint! But despite the heat you can actually really taste the flavour.

I can eat scotch bonnets raw for fun, I love chillies.

sammy13 forgive my stupidity but I am of the 'old cookery school', I would be interested to know how you cook an omelette in a microwave?

You can buy microwaveable omelette cookers, you just mix all the ingredients up in a bowl pour it in and it cooks a perfect omelette. You can get them in the pound shop I believe but they are a bit small, the bigger ones make a nice fluffy omelette
