problem filling in shipping details

i tried ordering from safercigs a few days ago but when i got to the add address bit i filled in the form and clicked continue and all went blank...tried it another 10-20 times in both chromium and firefox.....still went blank. anyway left until today when i tried to order a spikey thing from cig-liquid and low and behind the same thing.they both seem to use the same program/interface for their shopping basket.

im using ubuntu 10.04lts OS but have never had any problems filling forms before and even use lastpass as ive been doing the freebies section of cashback web sites(ie registering with loads of sites for free cash).
any one got any ideas what the problem might be.

Sounds like a javascript issue might want to google how to change the javascript permissions for your browser to ensure that they will work - sometimes they get turned off when taking the browser security up a notch

Don't suppose you've got NoScript installed in Firefox in Ubuntu ???
