ive been vaping just under 2 months now and have 4 reg and 1 mega titan batteries. i charge the mega in a pcc and reg's via510t charger in laptop. but for some reason a couple of days ago the usb charger stopped working(it never fully charged mega batt) and when i put regulars in the pcc they sometimes charge and sometimes dont. 2 of the reg's are 510t's and 2 arent,
are my batteries on the way out? thought theyd last longer than 7 weeks, plus i only take the mega out with me.
is there an issue charge non t 510s on a 510t charger?
p.s. i have usb charger plugged in usb 4 way hub with mouse...would using the mouse mean charge isnt getting to the batteries?

Shouldn't have anything to do with the mouse however the batteries should always be charged on a main usb socket (not recommended in case they short out the motherboard) or a plug in (to the wall) socket usb adapter - the 510 and t model both use the same battery so you shouldnt have any issues there but what i would do is take a piece of tissue and wipe around the threads on both the usb charger and the batteries connection as juice and grime can build up in there and stop it making contact with the chargers surface - from what it sounds like (sometimes charging sometimes not) it's struggling to make the connection somewhere.
Edit: there may be a polarity difference with the T charger so i'll have to let someone with a bit more knowledge answer that one

ok thanks ill try cleaning them
i read somewhere that 510t chargers are reverse polarized or somthing so isnt good to charge noral 510s on but 510t batts on 510 charger is fine.
i dont know which is the main usb socket, thought they were all equal as its parallel circuitry. my mains to usb charger blow up few weeks ago so not risking getting another one atm

the main usb is any of the ones that are attached to the computer (the laptop itself not the hub) the hub may not handle dishing out a low power load 100Mah and 420-450 Mah that your battery charger takes at the same time.

The USB sockets on my main laptop are very temperamental, sometimes I have to try different sockets or unplug/replug. If something is plugged into the one that's supposed to stay powered when the lappy is switched off, when I log off I always have to unplug/replug to get it going. But mains adapter is the way to go, it's faster too

Another thought is, have you made sure your battery contacts are clean? Got to agree that a mains adapter is the best way to go

wow ive just found out what the problem was 30 seconds ago... out of boredom i was browsing cloud9 and stumbled across this video/tutorial www.cloud9vaping.co.uk/510Connectorbasicly for those that dont wana watch vid at bottom...the 510 has 2(well 3) parts, middle part of the connection rest on a ring of rubber that rests on the main bit(sorry not very technical) and this can get pushed down...perhaps i was cleaning them too much or just screwing in too tight. anyway using a pair of tweezers i plied the centre piece up a little and hey viola they charging like new. this would expplain why they were sometimes charging in my pcc. i remember somebody a couple of months ago saying they has 3 or 4 batteries die in a day...perhaps this was the problem.

That's good news King . . . I've a pathetic grip, so I normally have the opposite problem . . . but you can also find that certain carto's/atomiser's etc, can have a habit of pushing the central connecter post down . . . so it's not always a superhuman grip, that can be the cause of this sort of problem.
