Hi from an Aussie in the UK

Hello all,
I'm an Australian living in Portsmouth and have been now for 6 years. I'm Pompey at heart, I have come to realise.

I have been vaping for about two months now and have been bitten by the bug. FastTech has almost made me broke, as have Innokin.

I have 'graduated' from Ego set ups to variable mods, and now I am throwing myself into mechanical mods in what some might call an obsessive manner (my wife being one). I'm no sub ohming cloud chaser, but I do get a little thrill from blowing a decent exhale.

I thought I'd say hello and start picking your brains for tips, hints and ideas.

Currently I vape an Innokin iTaste MVP with an Aspire Nautilus BVC mini and a Smoktech SID variable wattage device with a Kanger protank mini on board. I have ordered a brass Nemesis clone, a Kato clone, a Stingray clone and a Panzer clone from fast tech, along with a Kayfun 3.1 and an Orchid v4 clone.

Looking forward to some online banter and advice on building coils and creating my own ejuice.

Oh, and I haven't touched a cigarette since the day I inhaled my first cloud, and I never will again..

Hi Marcus and Roscopecotrain, and thanks for the welcome.
I have ordered Sony VTC4 3.6v 2100 mAh batteries for the mech mods after assurances from a number or people that they won't explode in my face. I just have to take their word for it, really.
I ordered them from FastTech too, so will likely get them this time next year.

Welcome to the forum from me too. Amongst many other items I have just bought the kato clone, it is superb, also have several nemesis, very good too!

Don't know what the current situation is with shipping but next time you are much better sourcing your batteries from the UK.
Either Torchy or Ecolux on ebay are the best 2 guys to purchase from.

From time to time China have a huge clampdown on lithium batteries and you end up waiting months only for your order to be returned to fasttech via customs.

Just a word of warning! Also worth making sure what you are buying are legit when it comes to batteries.. Your charger and batteries are IMO the most important pieces of kit
