I've sent them another message pointing out that their feedback score is only 91.7% and promised glowing feedback if they honored the price.
I thought I should offer them a little something rather than standing my ground.

I wouldn't worry too much, they probably just haven't updated all of their listings for the sale. It's common for sellers to list the same item multiple times on alibaba and aliexpress
