Wife's Spheroid will not sit flush so she uses the provided adaptor with 'beauty ring' for added stability & a Spheroid on top, it's rock solid & it does protect the 510 threads of the device.

Tried several other adaptors & they felt like you were putting too much pressure on the +pin, only downside is the added height.

AFC does look a good option though, especially for wider diameter atties, i'll be getting one for her to try out.

@spikeyfridge you need a couple of these for vamo/other mods - gives you both types of thread to put tanks on and connects to the vamo using the ego threads on the mod. I have 3, they're priceless Use with ego beauty ring for that seamless look

Have one on my VTR, ordered 2, might as well protect my istick and vamo's threads as well.

works ok if you like a tighter draw as well.

I remembered I had one in my 'bits' mini cabinet, it didn't look too bad on the istick, it would be fine if you were using larger tanks but with my using the rg200's I've decided its going to have to just be replaced if I maul the threads! I'm just too fussy... I tend to be very gentle when screwing tanks on as I'm a champion cross threader so I overcompensate with care
