Christ! Don't force it! You'll break it. I'm waiting on someone to say they can be repaired cos I have a poorly one here Yeah I'd read about someone having a problem, so I was very gentle. Thanks for the help. Would you recommend using the adapter all the time to protect the threads? How will I know when it is fully charged? Is it safe to use regularly as a pass-through? All help appreciated.

I think display goes out when fully charged. My threads are ok so far but yes, use the adapter if you prefer. As for pass through ... I've no idea but someone else will know. I'm still waiting for my red one from ft

As Spikey said, prowler, the display is blank once fully charged & as for using as a pass-through, before my second arrived, I had no problems at all with using it as a pass-through, works great & still is. BTW, also had no problems with the threads.

@spikeyfridge jess Thanks. I'm loving this thing. I can't work out why, with my usual 2.3 ohm carto and same voltage 3.7v as my egos, my juice tastes so much better. That makes no sense to me. It must be my imagination, long may it last.

I'm having an issue! I tried the vivi nova on my stick & not sure I like it but that's not the issue. Since using the vivi the stick won't recognise my mini protanks with the adapter. I got it working last night but now it's playing up again. Any ideas?? Not tried the new FT stick yet. X My girlfriend had the same issue with mini pro tanks except only some. It was the 510 positive pin on the istick, it needed pulling up, I put a rubber washer under to keep it up. She had both new and old type coils in her tanks so my only conclusion was there must bit a tiny amount of height difference between the two. So raise pin (sorry if I'm teaching to you to suck eggs here) the brass connector, caress it up with a small flat screw driver. Go round it gently at 12o clock, 3, 6 & 9. If you can get a rubber washer under that would be better. If slightly too large then cut it to size and push it gently under the brass pin with a screwdriver. hope this makes sense.
