MMa get yourself some lemonade (cheap clear not traditional) boil it in a pan and drink it while it's as hot as you can (before you go to bed) you will sweat so badly in the night but feel so much better for it

nope mma it's gotta be the clear stuff anything cloudy is traditional and won't work
