Ones like or similar I took the whole thing apart yesterday trying to 'replace a bulb' then found this on amazon (different heater to the one I had but same principle) You need to remove six screws from each side panel. Then remove the black grill followed by the honeycombed one, this is quite fiddly. The bulbs are then removed and the replacements slotted in quite easily. It takes up to an hour the first time then quicker the more you do. The handle types are even more awkward to do!But my bulb wouldn't quite fit (by a few mm - just 1 or 2) so had fun with that... Finally at 4.30 am I got it sorted. Heater doesn't look fab with black grill half in/half out at top but works and I think if it lasts me a year (was less than £20 new) then am happy Hope this helps someone even if you are not a vaper Jane
