Thank you...any recommendations on the brown sugar? 

I don't think the recipe above needs brown sugar.  But only 1 or 2% to start and I think anything more than 2% DDL would be pushing it, it's very easy to go OTT with it.  Oh, and the French Vanilla above is French Vanilla Deluxe

Ive got a good stash to keep me going.

Did a 100ml CLC in oct that I'm sure has a hole in the bottle though.

We're working as quickly as we can to get them out. Timescales were given in good faith, but unfortunately moving and getting fully operational again came first

I done about 5 custards concentrates for her, Caterpillar chow (whatever) chefs ABC , pink spots happy ending etc. got her onto rhubarb & custard (from here) and smurfs ice cream by chefs......I'm not a custard man, they all taste the same to me....Cake....But I gotta get her of that expensive stuff...

Will go do another order, right down and mix up at the weekend, I'll even stick a bloody digbys label on the one with brown sugar see if that will help....!

I'll report back I a couple of weeks..
