Come on guys this is not a very friendly welcome for a new member.
I know there are a few scammers out there but that dont mean that a new member trying to sell something of high value is too good to be true.
I understand that some people have had their fingers burnt and that can make people a bit suss.
Anyway i asked davie87 a few questions and based on his answers i bought the shark.

I noticed that Dave lived on the Wirral (as I do) there was a small (very tempted) part of me that was right up for meeting him at the local shopping centre clutching my notes but decided that I'm content for now with my Vaporshark30 and I do have a family to feed.....

I haven't got either of them but ive just got a load of NI200 wire so im going to give it a blast with my rose, kayfun, erl, kraken and especially my lemo. That should keep me busy for a while

Good point but i cant comment on that. Perhaps there was a reason he couldnt answer.

Im sorry I was in work last night 12 hours only finished @ 7am this morning and have been asleep alI day I did forget to reply when I woke up a few hours ago but the item was already sold. Windows bought the shark just before I started work, Sorry again for any inconvenience

Well you dont have to apologise its up to you if you answer a pm but i did see this morning when I checked in at around 11 am that you had been on 2 hours previously to me checking my pms enough said.

You win some, you lose some. I can see skanska's point, a reply would'nt have done any harm. But, as for a new member that sells a top bit of kit in the first post, see if they hang around now it's sold.

I joined this forum to make new friends to help other people and for advice etc... Glad I could help someone out but looking at a few of the comments I've been receiving I don't feel so welcomed I'm not a vendor nor a conman I just forgot to respond to a msg which I've apologized for twice already!

Hi davie87 yeah i agree with you pal, if the deal with the DNA is done i would end this thread and possibly list the aspire at a later date, i am surprised the mods have not stepped in by now and/or advised, good luck and keep on vaping, Peace Carl

C'mon peeps it's an easy mistake to make, I can understand skanskas frustration but the lads apologised and it's not exactly the best way to welcome a new member on board. The forums known for it's friendliness and tis the season to be jolly so let's all have a and let bygones be bygones. Oh and welcome along davie87
