Yeah seem to be just a different wrapper. Supposedly an lg icr18650 HE2 cell. Not too shabby at all. Then again if you don't mind it in red they're cheaper from fasttech  www.fasttech.com/product/1659701-lg-icr18650he2-3-6v-2500mah-rechargeable-li-ion

The thing about these is that they are claiming normal Chinese shipping times for these, it`s 6 weeks plus from FT

Yeah Fasttechs might arrive by this time next year if the usual battery shipping times are anything to go by. Think they just chuck them into a bottle and chuck them in the ocean hoping they'll turn up eventually

Strikes me they could be made by anyone in china and just copying the keeppower name which is trademarked but not marked with TM on the cheepies listed.
I would not touch them with a bargepole as really are from an unknown source as far as I can tell.
