E-cigarettes to be regulated as medicines

This does NOT apply to ALL E-Cigreattes.

ETA Some manufacturers may look to get their E-Cigarettes approved but at this stage there is NO BAN, there is some proposed regulation but it is not clear whether the Government will apply these regulations, current Government thinking is towards "light touch" regulation, in other words leaving things generally as they are.
