Is there anywhere else that has the Subtank on sale that has stock ? Andy I cant find anywhere either, I was up for buyng and trying as I'd read that the stock bought coils could be a pita but that the rebuildable deck is great! but they are 25mm so it would hang off everything I own and drive me mentalI just wanted to try it on my MVP , as it's the only thing that I have that it'll go on ( no money for another MOD ) and I only really use really low watts anyway with the juice I use. Myepack has them , but even with the 15% off it still works out at £27.44 with the cheapest delivery option , Andy

With a bit of luck Montana they will pop up in the classified section soon, many members cant resist a bargain (me normally) and will decide its not for them.... so you should be able to bag one at a similar price?

I just wanted to try it on my MVP , as it's the only thing that I have that it'll go on ( no money for another MOD ) and I only really use really low watts anyway with the juice I use. Myepack has them , but even with the 15% off it still works out at £27.44 with the cheapest delivery option , Andy Is it the new MVP 20watt you are wanting to put the subtank on?? No , the original MVP 2 ( without the zero , lol ). The reason for this is because , I'm trying to find a tank that's easily refillable in the field , a rebuildable ( preferably a single coil ) and has adjustable airflow on the outside. I say this because ( other than clones , which I know nothing about ) there seems to be a HUGE price gap between the likes of the Subtank and Fogger's compared to the likes of the Kayfun , Taifun , Squape R and the Russian 2.0 ( which I can't seem to get anywhere ).You go from the £30 mark to the £100+ with nothing in between.I certainly can't afford ( and justify to myself ) the £100+ tanks , especially as I was unexpectedly given the push from the job I was doing.I also think that a £100+ tank is a lot of money to spend on something that I may not even like.So , obviously a cheaper price bracket is the way to go. I , like many other were excited on hearing about the Subtank and after them being given rather favourable reviews wanted to give it a try.I'm sure as many others think that a 22mm-ish version will be coming along soon and as long as they keep the flavour and other features I'll be jumping onto this ( as long as I like the current version ) as soon as they are released. The current tank I use is a Mini Fogger on my VTR ( my first rebuildable atty ) , mainly because I work in construction and like the side by side format in a mod , so it can protect the tank and thread a LOT more than a box or tube mod with a tank on the top , plus I like the look of a side by side better. The thing is with the Mini Fogger and has also been mentioned about it's bigger brothers too , is that the vape can be a little harsh. My perfect kind of setup would be something like the tank I mentioned above and a VTR type mod ( VV/VW , 25mm approx. ring size and replaceable batteries ) which would give me a nice smooth flavour ( not muted ) and in a form factor that I like. The only other VTR styled mod I've seen with these features is the Stig Helix , which for me is mega expensive , so it's been ruled out a while ago. Sorry for the late reply and the rambling , as I've been visiting family and have been bored to tears and now just want to talk/type. Andy

Andy That's a great reply, one to keep an eye on is the joyetech egrip (i have one now) although this device at present is using proprietary coils there will be a kayfun style single coil base coming as out soon as an add on, here is a video posted couple of days ago by twisted this will give you a bit of an insight as to what is due to come out early next year for the egrip, just thought you may like to know as it is a sturdy little device

I just started to have a look at the Egrip with Dimitri ( The Vaping Greek ) on Youtube and one of the first things he said about the Egrip as he was looking at it , even before he went further into the review is that it's wattage range is between 8-20 watts. Unfortunately this is a no-no from me just for that.I don't know why , it must be just my taste buds I guess , or the juices and flavours I like , I vape normally between 6-8 watts and very rarely up to 11 watts.Anything over that it seems to hot , no taste ( again , my taste buds ) and is just not enjoyable.
After I saw this , I went over to the Joyetech website and had a good look over it.To me , I just don't like the device , again , opinions vary , but I don't like the fill method , not being able to be able to clean the tank properly and last but not least , I think it's ugly. I do think it's a very good idea to have a rebuildable deck to be added , and at a good price too , but just not for me.
Here I am still looking , I sure someone will come out with something that fits my bill in the following year.I'm sure I could do all the wiring for a mod of my own , I just don't have the skills ( or tools ) to be able to make the case that I would want , otherwise I would be utilising my unexpected free time making a DNA40 styled VTR mod with a bigger ring size as I type.

I'm now just hoping that I haven't somehow totally insulted what you've said about the mod.I think I should quietly walk away before I say something else.I normally only open my mouth to exchange feet. Just an update. I went to vanillavapes today and got myself a Kanger Subtank , got it home and immediately put a build on the deck , and it really kicks the butt of the Mini Fogger's that I was using before.I was always running my Evod's , Protank II's and the Mini Fogger's at between 6-8 watts , now I'm running this at 12.5 watts at 1.3 Ohm's, single air hole on the Subtank. With the inclusion of one of the Siam drip tips that I got from garrydibley a few weeks ago , things are getting better. All I can say is WOW , flavour explosion. If I hadn't of had my son with me , I could have stayed all afternoon talking and trying out their juices. It was a nice relaxed and very professional looking place , the staff were all knowledgeable about what they sell , and nothing was to much trouble , just the way a B & M store should be. I know that lairey has mentioned them before and they are WELL deserved of another big mention. Andy

I was toying with the idea of linking you in before I went , but I didn't have hardly any time and I had my son with me and he really wanted to go to a toy shop , just a great pity that the toy shop just round the corner from vanillavapes was absolutely pants , good job he's just had Christmas and he's got plenty of stuff to play with at home.
